*Please select the date from which you wish to enjoy your voucher. To redeem it, your stay must be booked in advance by phone (+34) 965 855 466 or by email (protocolo@hotelvillavenecia.com). The credit may be used towards the value of your stay. Any remaining balance after the booking can be used for hotel services. If the total cost of the stay exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. The voucher is not valid on certain dates such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or Easter and is subject to hotel availability. The hotel reserves the right to redeem a maximum of three vouchers per stay date. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of loss, it will not be replaced. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
